Just the bike today-1 hr to & from work. I always try to take it slow and easy on Fridays because I consider them my rest days because I don’t really take a day “off”. Mon-Sat is bike. Tue, Thu, Sat, & Sun are run. And Mon, Wed, Sat are Swim. Friday and Sunday are the only days that I just do one sport. Oh yeah…and then there’s weights on Mon, Wed, Sat and Pilates on the other days. Sometimes I forget. I was good today though. I really think I need 8 days a week. Three weekend days would be nice.
I lost another pound this week. Woo Hoo! Slow and steady wins the race. If only that were true of triathlons as well… LOL
I am back to tracking calories. My co-workers laugh at me when they see me counting out my snacks – almonds, pretzels, fig newtons, etc. But how else am I going to know how many calories I’m eating? Eat Less, Exercise More! Such a simple formula but not so easy to practice, eh?
