Patience August 26, 2007
Posted by vollenda in : General , trackbackNo aches and pains to speak of. Increases are working well for me. I feel like I could make a big jump but I’m not going to. Was checking on Kylie & Mike & BBB & the others through out the day. Wish I was there because Ironmanlive really sucks. But also, I wish I was there crossing the line.
This week’s workouts - seem so piddly…
Mon, Wed, Sat - Yoga/Pilates
Tue - 30 min run
Thu - 35 min run
Sat - 30 min run
Sun - 43 min run w/ a 50 min ride after - reverse brick
Bike to work - Mon-Fri
Must have patience with myself. I’ll get there.

you got that right!
any racing goals yet or have I missed some of your posts where you say so?
None really for this year. Still kind of playing it by ear. I’m still trying to figure out which marathon to do next year. And then I have to figure out which tris to do.
Thanks pancho!
Stick with it. As BBB would say, don’t think, just do.
Have patience. Rome wasn’t built in a day. Besides, I feel your pain (or lack thereof!) I’m starting out slow, too, and in so many ways it feels like nothing …
Have patience … it will come around!
Thanks guys
Couldn’t be any better! You’re sticking to your plan, making sure you won’t get injured, overtrained or just plain tired of doing it! You are done with the worst part already, that is getting into the habit again! We’re all with you!
hey, long time no see!! well your week has been WAY better than mine, I’ve done nothing!!hehe just getting back to this thing called triathlon after an injury;)
keep well!
