Whatever I do, I’ve got to keep moving! That’s where tri comes in. Keeps me moving. I am a cyclist, turned runner, turned swimmer who started Tris in 2005 and fell in love with it. I am a bike commuter who doesn’t own a car. Life is much simpler that way and it motivates me to keep riding and running. My journey to my first Ironman (Vineman 2006) didn’t go quite as planned. But I haven’t given up! I will become an Ironwoman. The plan now is for Arizona 2008. Wish me luck!

Good luck at Vineman! I just completed Ironman Arizona, my first one
Best of luck in ‘07 and ‘08. I tried my first Ironman in ‘91 and didn’t quite make it there (got sick). Fifteen years (a husband and two kids) later, I finished IM Florida in ‘06. You can do it. Enjoy the journey, and I love your quote from MLK.
